博士生导师 ，高原动物繁育与功能基因组学科组长 。2004和2006年在中国农业大学获得学士和硕士学位,2010年取得佛罗里达大学博士学位 。2011年至2014年在华盛顿州立大学从事博士后和研究助理教授工作 。2015年入选人才计划 ，任中国科学院西北高原生物研究所研究员 。实验室主要使用分子生物学 、生理学 、遗传学和基因组学等手段 ，利用生殖干细胞体外培养 、移植和基因编辑等技术 ，以模式小鼠和高原特有动物为研究对象 ，系统研究哺乳动物雄性生殖细胞发育和生殖隔离的分子调控途径 ，在Nature Communications, Cell Reports, Development 、PLoS Genetics 、 Journal of Cell Science 、Stem Cell Reports等期刊发表论文50余篇 ，参编中英文专著3部 。
